AAsmokeOUT is a location aware app for students, faculty, staff and guests to help enforce and comply with the University of Michigan Smoke-Free University Initiative. Smokers can instantly determine if its OK to Smoke when in the greater Ann Arbor area. Non-smokers can help to enforce the smoke-free university initiative with automated NO Smoking Zone signage and avoid any verbal confrontations. In addition to information links for the Universitys smoke-free initiative and Quit resources, a direct link is provided for students and faculty/staff to report on and deal with violators.
